If you want to do a partial scan (i.e. excluding a basement) please take that into consideration. For example, a 4,000 square foot rambler with a 2,000 sq ft unfinished basement would only have 2,000 sq ft to be scanned. This would fall into the 0-3,000 sq ft price range.
